The role insist you are comfortabledealing and handling with various dynamic law and legal functions, documentations and dilemmas, with this you’ll be working closely with HR Managers in the HR department. What you’ll be working onKey Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining new transformative HR systems for everyday usage.
  • Responsible for day to day office activities, including bookkeeping, payroll, workday, benefits, meetings, appointments and scheduling.
  • Onboard new hires and facilitate communication with HR managers for First Day Orientation.
  • Ensure employee data in Workday is constantly updated. Update Workday systems for one-off changes such as an individual job change, job profiles, pay rise, promotion, location change, manager update, compensation adjustment and more.
  • Record and document HR employee documentation: contracts and ad-hoc letters (merit, bonus, promotion)
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programmes, ensuring the most competitive and cost-effective level of benefits (looking for new benefits, administration of current)
  • Provide Payroll Specialist and HR advisors any payroll changes for the international/domestic region.
  • Review all local HR policies in line with legislation changes with guidance from HR management team, whilst creating process flows for employee/management understanding
  • Work with HR specialists on visa applications and relocations
  • Work with fellow employees and business on maternity and paternity leave
  • Process monthly and ad-hoc HR invoices on the in-house accounting system
  • Manage the exit experience: conduct exit interviews, collate data and build reports.
  • Collaborate and build relationships across teams
  • Collating regular and ad-hoc people reports for senior management and the wider business

About you - preferred requirements for this role
  • Full A-Levels needed, plus if possible an accompanying certificate in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of Administrative experience with similar Business Administration qualification is possible.
  • Producing and implementing an administrative plan that aligns with a business growth strategy.
  • Coordinating and delivering research events that both act as awareness raising and lead generation.
  • Managing digital platforms and using tools such as Word, PowerPoint Excel, Google and others.
  • experience of reporting on projects against agreed KPI’s
