Macmillan Davies are working with a market-leading company, and we are supporting them in recruiting for a HR Coordinator. This opportunity is to join an expanding HR and recruitment function, the HR Coordinator will focus on the delivery of HR processeswithin the London office and may occasionally provide support to other offices, as well as support the development and rollout of corporate HR initiative.Responsibilities include but not limited to:* Assist with new HRIS implementation by efficiently transferring reliable data from existing systems to align with companywide and local specifications.* Maintain accurate records on HRIS relating to new starters, movers and leavers.* Assist with compiling meaningful reports for managers and leaders.* Support the review of company policies and advice to employees.* Administration of share awards and input into assessing existing and new plans.* Preparation of HR documentation to include employment contracts, the outcome of salary review and employment references.* Coordinate information needed for visa applications for various office locations.* Respond to ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related queries.* Support the development and rollout of corporate initiatives locally and to other offices.* Provide occasional cover for Office Co-ordinator.Expectations of the role:* Apply the Navigator pillars of Safety, Reliability and Efficiency to all aspects of the candidate and the employee journey, and make recommendations to improve.* Use knowledge gained through recent studies to understand current practices and continue your learning journey.* Learn about our business and the industry to better appreciate the challenges and opportunities that employees experience.Requirements:* Human Resource Management recent graduate.* Enthusiasm to learn on-the-job, question and make recommendations.* Handles confidential data sensitively.* Strong communications skills.* Personable, approachable and friendly manner
