Job Description

Are you an immediately available HR Coordinator, with a passion for the non-profit sector Would you like to work for an independent charity offering hybrid workingThis international charity works as a partnership between employers, education and governments. They do this by providing international best practice to raise standards in apprenticeships and technical education so more young people and employers succeed.Over the past year they engaged with over 150,000 young people across the world.The purpose of this temporary HR Coordinator post, paying £14.84 per hour is to provide the charity with excellent HR administration over the next 2-3 months. This temporary role has the opportunity to be extended into 2023.Their modern office is located close to both Victoria and Pimlico stations. You will be part of a small HR team, where you will be required to attend the office 1-day per week.The HR Coordinator will lead on a number of key HR responsibilities which include:

  • Supporting on the recruitment life cycle for the charity.
  • Providing first line HR administration support to all staff members.
  • Updating the HR system, ensuring it is running properly and information has been inputted correctly.
  • Helping with ad hoc HR projects.
