Job Description

Role: HR & Compliance LeadType: PermanentLocation: LondonSalary: £32,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)BPS are the recruitment partner for a global private equity firm who own and operate 70 independent and international schools around the world with 40 schools in the UK.We are currently seeking to appoint an individual in the capacity of HR & Compliance Lead for my clients new, state of the art independent school in Knightsbridge. This is a fundamental role which encompasses elements of Data & Compliance, HR and Adminstration.Key responsibilities of the HR & Compliance Lead:

  • Conduct in school audits and risk analysis of current processes
  • Effectively handle any GDPR related enquires from staff, governors or parents.
  • Provide tailor made training documentation and onsite training to staff.
  • As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following:
  • Demonstrable experience using SIMS
  • Proven experience working within a school administration role
  • Advanced IT levels including SIMS and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SCR
