Job Description

HR Change and Transformation Manager - 04941Duration: 6 monthsMy high profile International energy services client are currently recruiting for a Change and Transformation Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract position. This role will require some travel to Windsor and Stockport Offices.DescriptionThe Change and Transformation Engagement Manager will work alongside the Colleague Experience team and the Industrial Relations team to lead the communications activity required to support Industrial Relations activity through a period of significant people change. Location: Working from home, will require some travel to Windsor and Stockport Offices.Accountabilities

  • Supports the Colleague Experience Director to design and deliver engagement and communication activities on behalf of the Industrial Relations team.
  • Works closely with the Colleague Journeys teams to ensure the appropriate sequencing and delivery of our engagement and communication activities to create a timely and compelling experience for all our people .
  • Seeks opportunities to turn business objectives into compelling activities, using a multi-channel approach, that clearly champion our vision, values and purpose across our business.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships across the work portfolio, being the voice of the colleague, and an ambassador for the broader colleague experience
  • Uses data and insight to understand the impact of group activities, and seeks to continually improve the quality against pre-defined success measures
  • Advises on how to maximise employee engagement opportunities as well as to manage potential risk, within business change and transformation programmes
  • Shares learnings and activities across the broader network of communication experts to ensure sharing of knowledge and information for continual development of skills and expertise
    • Work Experience Experience of large field-based organisations with significant trade union representation Experience of working in a cross-matrix team Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders Examples of successful engagement and communications project delivery Commercial Awareness: Prioritises people practices, opportunities and risks that drive sustained commercial success and value for people. Partners with (internal) customers to understand their current and future needs, and contract effectively. Public Relations: Designs and develops clear communication plans that are aligned to organisational objectives and tailored to internal and external stakeholders. Utilises contextual intelligence and drives organisational reputational growth Development: Contributes to the management and development of colleague value propositions Change Management: Engages key stakeholders to create and deliver change communications and training to embed sustainable change Relationship Management: Builds strategic stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor, whilst developing comprehensive strategies and plans, based on an understanding of their objectives and requirements.
