Handle are partnering with an iconic music brand looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.In this role, you will be responsible for the UK headcount c. 70 employees - a smaller area of this global business mainly focused in the UK with a small amount of EMEA coverage. The main bulk of your day-to-day will be built around relationship buildingwith stakeholders, and managing current projects.Reporting into the People Director, you will be someone who can confidently step into this role and maintain the current systems they have in place, whilst advising on and challenging senior management thinking.Their environment is evolving, so our ideal candidate will always be thinking outside of the box to anticipate the needs of their stakeholders and the ripple effect that has across their entire creative process.
