Human Resources Business Partner - PermanentPosition: HR Business PartnerLocation: LondonContract: Permanent Hours: Full time Salary/Benefits: £65,000 - £75,000We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR department at a leading global company on a permanent basis. You will join an established Business Partner team, responsible for continuing the companys growth across the EMEA region,as well as supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.NOTE: We are looking for application from candidates with experience from Dubai - MENAResponsibilities of the HR Business Partner* Partner with Business Head(s) to support their achievement of the People objectives through the provision of coaching, guidance and analytics * Develop our manager capability and effectiveness through formal training, coaching, mentoring etc.* Review and utilise analytics to assess and measure success such as employee engagement results, career development, turnover, performance, talent and succession* Advise and coach managers across a wide range of employee relations issues * Drive improvements in HR processes, procedures and policies to enable our managers to manage and retain great talent. * Collaborate with Business Heads and the central recruitment team, to acquire talent from graduates through to experienced hires to complement our current capability and strengthen our succession planning and talent pipeline. * Driving the diversity agenda and ensure the organisation has the right level of capability to support current and future growth strategies.* Partner with our Business Head(s) to review their departments organisation design* Partner with the Business Head(s)s to ensure that annual year end processes are well managed, such as promotions, compensation and SMCR * Challenge and coach Business Head(s) to ensure their recommendations are in line with best practice.Skills required for the HR Business Partner* Experience of working in Dubai: Good understanding of MENA* Ability to influence and persuade clients and colleagues with regard to both HR strategy and operational matters.* Exceptional experience managing a wide range of employee relations matters.* Understands year end processes and experience managing compensation processes including financial modelling and analysis. * Intermediate competency level in Microsoft Excel and demonstrable experience in data manipulation and presentation.
