Youll play a key role in supporting the organisation in its day-to-day people activities, working alongside the Senior People Business Partner to help implement transformational change and OD initiatives, and the overall P&T agenda. Working closely with the Centres of Excellence (CoEs), this role will be key to embedding collaborative ways of working across Ofcom.What you are expected to deliver
