Job Description

KM4HR are currently working with a leading brand in London to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner with a talent development focus.Working closely with the senior leadership team, reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will provide a full range of generalist HR skills and a strong focus on Talent development.You will also be responsible for driving Talent Management, Talent Development and Performance Management initiatives across the business.Key Strengths:

  • Proactively work as a business partner to support and advise stakeholders, forging excellent relationships and providing commercial advice to help reach business goals.
  • Lead on the Talent review process including all design and delivery
  • Build world-class L&D/Talent processes, programs and tools that will enable the business to efficiently support employees to enhance key skills that will enable high performance and career growth
  • Manage the functional talent reviews, liaising with the HR Director and HRBPs to ensure a best practice approach.
  • Work with, develop and coach the HRBP’s to create succession plans and identify capability gaps.
  • Provide insight on group talent pools and work with Divisional leads and hiring managers to develop talent pipelines into and out of the business.
  • Agree on functional talent plans and key priorities for all areas including Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning and capability/critical skill-building activity.
  • Identify training needs across functions and work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to define the most impactful and business-efficient solutions to address these
  • Lead, build and improve the culture, performance management, employee engagement, employee recognition and retention
  • Lead on ongoing change management projects
  • Work closely with the HR Director on other HR projects and initiatives
  • Support the wider HR team on other HR generalist activities
  • You Background;
  • Hands-on approach, who can identify opportunities and swiftly build solutions
  • Good planning and analytical skills, to conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, create action plans and drive it through to implementation
  • Ideally CIPD level 7
  • Experienced HR Business Partner that has either specialised in Talent development or has transitioned into that role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced in the design and delivery of Leadership & Management Development solutions
