A leading flexible workspace company is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their People team in London.A leading flexible workspace company is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their People team in London. As the designated business partner for the Management team, your primary duty would be to collaborate with them in enhancing their people capability, orchestrating talent management strategies, and formulating effective approaches to accomplish collective organisationalobjectives. You would need to be commercially minded and understand the requirements and challenges to provide full generalist HR support to all employees in the support functions. This role would entail supporting recruitment, performance management, employeerelations, engagement, and wellbeing.This role is hybrid (3 days in office), and paying between £55K - £60K per annum.Key Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand activities and challenges.Serve as the primary HR contact, offering timely advice on various issues.Build strong relationships and escalate HR matters as needed.Support HR Assistant and Advisor, ensuring accurate HR/Payroll administration.Manage non-serious ER situations and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.Assist with recruitment and provide support on HR projects and initiatives.Stay informed about HR laws and industry trends.Key Requirements Include:Previous HR experience at Business Partner level in a Head office roleExperience of autonomously advising on all generalist HR matters, including ER issues, for example investigations, disciplinaries and grievancesExperience of recruiting at Manager level, including conducting competency-based interviewsPayroll administration experience preferableExperience with mergers and acquisitions or organisational restructure advantageousRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
