Reed HR are working with a Public Sector Body based in East London to recruit a HR Business Partner on a Permanent basis. Salary is circa 51,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working model, with some days worked both in the office and fromhome each week.The main purpose of this job will be to provide a HR Partnering service to the assigned client group, focussing on issues such as complex employee relations casework, Change Management, Restructures, reviewing, updating and implementing Policies and processesand more.Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:- Lead, manage, motivate, and coach a small team and identify opportunities for improvement.- Review and implement changes to corporate policy and practice as required- Lead workforce planning and succession planning within the assigned client group, thinking ahead, and anticipating possible outcomes- Ensure that all managers are aware of relevant policy and best practice.- Lead on complex employee relations casework, including those with senior members of staff if required- Contribute to large scale Change management projects including restructures, redeployment, and redundancy as necessary- Ensure that recruited staff are processed efficiently and receive a friendly personal service during onboarding.- Undertake any additional adhoc duties as requiredThis is a professional and demanding HR Business Partner role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have experience within a strategic HR Business Partnering position previously, and managed complex employee relations casework as well as change managementprojects.This organisation offers a fantastic salary and benefits package, as well as good development opportunities for the right candidate.
