Job Description

Based in the Docklands, this Non-Departmental Public Body is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join its London office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility in a HR Business Partner position.Client DetailsA Non-Departmental Public Body with over 1000 staff based in offices in England and Wales.DescriptionReporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, and supervising one member of staff, the HR Business Partner duties will include:

  • Building relationships to support managers to focus on effective business change
  • Acting as the key point of contact between HR and local management teams to input into draft policies, access services and influence corporate strategy
  • Ensuring that Employee Relations cases are run effectively and pragmatically and providing guidance on the application of the law and best practice in relation to ER
  • Planning workforce requirements with stakeholder departments
ProfileThe successful HR Business Partner will be actively working to/or achieved CIPD Level 7 and have significant experience in a senior HR role.It is essential that you are confident and have a track record in building relationships with challenging stakeholders, whilst having a strong understanding of employee relations, resourcing, change management and performance management.Previous staff management/supervisory exposure is needed for this position along with the flexibility to travel to other London based locations as required.Job OfferA salary of £51,066 (including London allowance) plus a Civil Service Pension and study support.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a role with a high degree of flexibility and hybrid working. It is envisage that you will be required to work on average 1 day a week in the office (with the flexibility to attend two days if necessary).***PLEASE NOTE - THE SALARY IS FIXED AND NOT NEGOTIABLE***
