Job Description

HR Business PartnerAre you immediately available and looking for a new contract Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner to cover for 7-8 months. This is a full 360 stand alone position, so will suit someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything from the dayto day admin duties to all the meatier HR duties.

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days wfh.
  • Benefits - pro-rated benefits package.
This position will suit someone who comes from a financial services or insurance background and understands all the financial regulations and compliance.Main duties:
  • Full operational HR and people strategy.
  • All onboarding and offboarding duties and maintaining the HRIS system.
  • Any hiring and recruitment throughout the period.
  • Appraisals and performance management.
  • Handling compensation and benefits.
  • Managing and processing payroll monthly.
  • Management of all HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Managing suppliers and relationships.
  • Complete legal and compliance throughout.
  • Overseeing and managing summer work experience and interns.
  • Maintaining and managing charitable partners.
  • Ensuring all HR duties comply with company policies and procedures.
  • First point of contact for all HR related queries, pensions, and payroll.
  • Attending Board meetings, preparing reports and taking minutes.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience from a financial services or insurance background.
  • Three plus years experience.
  • Degree educated / CIPD qualification.
  • Flexible with a real muck in attitude.
  • Strong IT skills and able to pick up systems and processes quickly.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and excellent communication skills.
  • Happy to be in a stand-along role.
