Job Description

Kingswood Group are working with a large international charity to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support their UK office. This role is newly created and reporting the HR Director. The position is a full-time, permanent opportunity and offershybrid working in the City of London.Working as part of a friendly, supportive HR team, this role will have an HR Advisor reporting into it and has the opportunity to help create and mould the HRBP role and team. The successful candidate will be a strong HR Generalist with good Employment Lawknowledge and experience in managing complex ER issues. You will guide and advise the organisation on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, collaborating with the wider HR team.Key skills, experience and attributes required include:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 7 ideally)
  • People management experience with a track record of managing, motivating and developing people
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations issues and coaching line managers through processes to deal with performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Experience of promoting diversity and inclusion through your work and able to demonstrate how you have made a contribution to creating a more inclusive culture at work
  • Good stakeholder engagement and management experience
  • Solutions focused, ability to work with good initiative and autonomy
  • Being a great team player
This is a great opportunity to build on your existing HR experience in a newly created HRBP that will challenge and reward you. The role requires 1-2 days a week in the office for HR team meetings but flexibility to work in the office when required for thebusiness. There are lots of exciting HR projects and programmes planned that you can be a key part of.
