Job Description

Position SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic HR Partner for senior business leaders providing targeted support to in the areas of change management, talent strategy, organization design, performance/talent/rewards management, andcomplex employee relations; project management of enterprise-wide HR change initiatives; and coaching leaders on HR strategy, development and culture transformation. Successful candidates will be agile, solutions focused, excited to make an impact and trulypartner with the business.Responsibilities:Strategic Partnerships

  • Build strategic partnerships with leaders in assigned departments to support and anticipate needs;
  • Partner with HR COEs including Talent, Performance and Reward to develop and provide appropriate solutions to senior leaders and department to meet business needs
  • Develop strategic and operational plans to achieve results and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives through employee training and development initiatives;
  • Leveraging data, recommend strategies and HR interventions to business leaders to support organizational development;
  • Anticipate business needs and provide short & long term customer-focused solutions that drive effective business results through the alignment of HR best practices to strategic business goals;
  • Support deployment of Learning and Development initiatives and intervention including talent acceleration programs
Employee Relations
  • Consult with leaders, managers and employees on key, sensitive and delicate employee relations issues and initiate action plans to address and resolve issues while mitigating risk;
  • Coach and advise leaders, managers and employees on matters regarding conflict resolution, relationship building, and effective communication;
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and HR Partner Team for consistent employment-related legal matter handling and policy implementation;
  • Review and analyze key data metrics for turnover and employee satisfaction, create and implement action plans as needed;
  • Advise managers on disciplinary action procedures, coaching, counseling, and documentation;
  • Assist managers with preparation of employee performance assessments
Workforce Planning
  • Support leaders with the short and long-term organization design, staffing and promotion needs during the annual budgeting process;
  • Support managers with the creation of job descriptions and ensure proper ADA and FLSA compliance per state and federal laws;
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on hiring process
Change and Project Management
  • Lead complex change leveraging change models (Kotter; ADKAR);
  • Develop short and long term plans to implement change effectively;
  • Develop project plans with timelines, deliverables and accountabilities and execute accordingly.
Leadership CoachingCoach and influence managers and leaders on employee relations, performance management, organization design, talent management and rewards management.Requirements:
  • Six (6) years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including support for senior leaders
  • Four year college degree, in Organization Behavior, Business, or Human Resources Management Preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic HR partnership with senior leaders on initiatives including organizational redesign, workforce planning and organizational development
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen business acumen, strong analytic and problem solving skills with tremendous drive for results
  • Self-starter, ability to work effectively and autonomously
  • Ability to establish, maintain and grow positive and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience and comfort working in a full time remote based environment
  • Solutions focused with high attention to detail
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to effectively handle high pressure situations
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced company
