HR Business Partner - £60,000 - Hybrid working (will need to travel into London 1-2 times per week)This role is within a rapidly growing consultancy business, and HR is at the core. An established business with a 50+ year legacy of world-changing work, doubling in size + revenue every five years, on average for the last two decades. We are seeking a London/hybridbased, talented, ambitious and proactive individual to be part of the Europe & Asia business, working closely with the Senior HRBPs across Europe, as well as leaders of the Centre of Excellence teams (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Reward).You will be a true HR specialist, partnering with the business at all levels to ensure you deliver a high and consistence level of excellence.What you will be doing as a HR Business Partner:In this position you will partner with senior leaders and their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and priorities. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda thatsupports the business. As a HR Business Partner, you will provide commercially focused and pragmatic solutions for all employment related matters, ensuring ER plans and activities are integrated consistently and coaching managers to foster positive workingrelationships with employees. Deliver generalist HR support across the UK, including line management of a HR Advisor level role. Support the implementation of relevant change activities for the global HR function within the UK. Use HR data to drive conversations around organisational level issues such as turnover/attrition/retention, employee engagement. Work collaboratively with UK leaders and managers to execute HR strategy which supports growth and is in line with the wider global HR goals. Manages relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges across the organisation performance management, employee wellbeing etc) Proactively work with centres of excellence (COEs) such as Recruitment, L&D and Total Reward to ensure the success of activities. Lead and support D&I activities for the UK and Europe. Support relocation requests within E&A and Globally, also supporting more complex immigration related issues. Manage UK related projects including those related to change management but also compliance and legislative related Assist in the development and implementation of people manager upskilling activities. Support the HR Director in developing and implementing bespoke strategic HR initiatives and HR projects for the UK and European offices. Helping to build a high-performance culture, which reinforces our values and behaviours and is underpinned by strong performance management capability.To be successful in this role, you should show: In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people related issues. Understanding of the regulatory framework affecting financial services. Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation. Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment law and its application in daily processes. Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets. Resilience, approachability, and confidence. Excellent written and verbal skills.
