Job Description

Remote Working - 6 Month ContractBusiness AnalystUp to £60,000My client is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a member of the FTSE 250 share index. It is an international business-information group.This is a full-time contract reporting to the Head of Global Process Improvement (Human Resources). The fixed term contract will be for a period of approx. 6 months until September 2022. The Human Resources team are implementing a new global HRIS and requireadditional support to provide knowledge, data, and completion of project tasks.Responsibilities

  • Document as is processes to aid identification and solutioning of works required to cutover from legacy to new systems
  • Develop detailed global requirements for integrations with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Identify local and global systems and processes that are impacted by the HRIS implementation
  • Gather local and global requirements incl. data flows, timelines etc. for cut over of impacted systems and/or processes incl. decommissioning
  • Documentation of interim solutions where required
  • Support UAT
Scope
  • HR systems and processes incl. related systems (i.e. recruitment, expenses, payroll) & integration thereof
  • Global (15 countries)
  • Other works as reasonably required
Candidate Profile
  • Experienced technical BA used to working with the unknown
  • Experience of HR systems, processes and integrations, ideally experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred but not essential
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter and able to work without direction in a remote matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator with all levels - both internally and externally
  • Integrity and discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Organisational skills
Experience Required and Skills Required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Technical HR business analysis skills esp. requirements documentation
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Sense of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to liaise effectively at all levels and manage busy workload
