Job Description

An amazing HR Associate job opportunity has come available to join a my client that is an ambitious and fast-growing company. My client is committed to their staff and clients, theyre a leading provider in their specialist area in the Healthcare world.Main duties and responsibilities:

  • The postholder will be responsible for actively searching across various job boards to identify potential candidates of interest to the business.
  • Providing the HR Associate with updates on the applications within the timeframe agreed for the roles.
  • Establish and develop a network to support the clinical and non-clinical recruitment needs internationally.
  • Will see the recruitment process end-to-end and be main point of contact for candidates and agencies.
  • Keep up to records and notes on all candidates in the recruitment process.
  • Give updates to line managers, directors and candidates in a timely manner.
  • Provide a full overview of all recruitment updates weekly to the HR team and CEO.
  • Liaise with line managers and directors on agreeing offers and will send the offer letter and start the onboarding process.
  • Look at improving our processes and candidate experience, such as implementing an ATS.
Desired skills and expertise:
  • Previous experience in either a recruitment agency setting, or in house recruitment setting is essential.
  • Strong time management, organisation and priorities management skills.
  • Experience within the health care industry is desired, but not essential.
  • Effective communication and negational skills.
