As a HR Assistant, you will be getting involved with general HR administration on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. This role sits within a team of 5, reporting into the HR Business Partner.Client DetailsThe client is a Financial Services firm based in Central London. They have performed considerably well of the back off the pandemic, and is an incredibly reputable company to work for.DescriptionAs a HR Assistant, you will be taking full ownership of all of the HR Administration duties you are assigned. This role involves heavy administration tasks, so attention to detail is critical.Some of your tasks may include:- Employee Life cycle: On-boarding and Off-boarding-Sending out offer letters, contracts and conducting references.-Updating the HR system with efficiency and accuracy-Reporting on people data-Collating any monthly payroll changes-Manage the HR InboxProfileThe successful candidate will have 18 months to 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a Financial Services firm. You must be immediately available, and be happy to undertake a 6 month temporary assignment. You must enjoy the administrative side of HR and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. The successful candidate will be hardworking, have previous experience in HR as this role will not offer thorough training. Previous use of the HR system Cascade would be desirable but not essential.Job OfferThe client is offering a 6 month temporary assignment paying up to £32,000 pro rated. The organisation is very reputable and will offer you more experience to enhance your HR Administration skills. You will be working remotely in line with government advice, however this could change as circumstances develop. Required skills
