Job Description

A leading Japanese Financial Company in the City is looking for aHR and Office ManagerDuties / ResponsibilitiesAll HR work for all company employees, including:- To assist with Recruitment, selection and induction administrative process of new employees- To prepare all new starter documentation and initiate induction programmes including Employment contract- Improvement of HR systems such as performance review and carrier development system- To be first point of contact for all levels, responding to HR/employment issues and to include general advice to employees

  1. Maintenance, updates and improvement of company policies, including the Company Handbook, Business Travel Policy, Purchasing Policy, etc.
  2. Management of payroll, state pension and insurances, and company’s pension and insurances for all company employees
  3. External communication (e.g. attorneys, authorities, Japanese parent company) for HR and Japanese expats related matters including UK visa issue
  4. Management of all company’s HR related files and record, including its data protection
  5. IT related matters to ensure efficiency and smooth operation. This includes
- Laptops / Printers and copier- Introduction and Implementation of Outlook calendar to enable members to share and manage their schedule- Ad hoc IT trouble shootingOther reasonable ad hoc duties as required by the company.
