Job Description

HR Advisor 9 month FTC£33,000-£35,000West EndTHE COMPANY:Our client, who are global professional membership body, seek a HR Advisor to join their London team on a 9 month FTC basis. They are extremely established with an outstanding office in the West End.THE ROLE:Some responsibilities you may have are;

  • Act as point of contact to managers and colleagues by providing generalist advice and support on HR policies and processes
  • Responsible for all document and file management and identify opportunities for improving the use of shared folders and HR personal files
  • Ensure that documents, presentations, policies etc. are presented in line with business HR branding
  • Working with the HR Administrator, provide full support during the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Be the expert user of the HR system, maintaining the system and developing knowledge to continually improve
THE PERSON:
  • Strong HR generalist background, demonstrating experience, knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and best practices
  • Strong administration experience within a busy office environment with conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent customer focused approach with ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and managers to the highest standard
  • High attention to detail, able to create and format a range of documents and HR materials
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects along with robust organisational skills to manage own workload effectively and meet deadlines
