The Role: An ethical and socially responsible architectural practice is seeking a HR Advisor to join their established HR team. This role will work closely with the HR team to support them across operations, recruitment, general policies, and more.This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people and diversity to grow their HR experience in a company which reflects those values.Key Responsibilities: Work closely alongside the HR Manager and HR Coordinator to manage all HR elements within the business Liaise across departments/teams/management, providing HR guidance and collaborating to understand their needs Assist with research for salary reviews/benchmarks and benefits packages Assist with visa and right to work queries Bring forward ideas and involvement in improving employee well-being and mental health Recruitment including; onboarding and offboarding, working with agencies and coordinating processes Assist with performance management and development Monitor sickness, annual leave or grievances with employees and management Assisting with learning and development including; training, research and workshops Maintaining the internal reporting system to ensure information is up to date and accurate Regularly review HR policies and procedures, keeping things up to date and in line with the current marketKey Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous HR experience, ideally within the architecture and design industry Ability to create valued relationships with staff and external clients A genuine appreciation and interest in promoting mental health and wellbeing within a workplace, bettering the lives of staff and others Motivated with the drive to bring ideas and further develop Approachable, personable, with a keen eye for detail and an organised and meticulous approachTo apply for this position please click on the pink button to attach your CV.By applying for this role you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
