Job Description

HR Adviser, Human ResourcesFamily Action Head Office, London (N1) with hybrid working37 hours per week (full time)Grade 3 (lower) point 20-23: £30,861 - £33,512 per annum, inclusive of Inner LondonWeightingPermanent ContractWe are flexible on hours of work and where this work is done. The salary provided above is for 37 hours per week based in our London (N1) office with hybrid working. This role could also be done part-time or from home. You will bring your knowledge and experience of providing generalist employee relations advice and support to line managers, and the ability tomanage your own caseload. You will be joining the organisation as a valuable member of an influential HR team delivering the People strategy and developing HR policies, which help shape the future at Family Action. You should be a resilient, professionally curious person who is enthusiastic about developing a career in HR.
