Job Description If you are Permanent HR Administrator with Experience In the lifecycle team and would love to get into a great team offering study support, we are looking for you! This role is managing the day to day dealings with admin around change of salary details, updating any changes of role titles, changes of contract details, looking after the HR admin around maternity, paternity and sickness. Job Title - HR Administrator Length - Permanent Salary - £22,000 - £24,000k Location - Remote with one day a week in Gatwick office. DESCRIPTION. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
  • Administration of letters relating to any changes during the employee lifecycle such as family leave, promotions, reward, secondments.
  • Full responsibility and management of the leaver process
  • Providing support to the wider team as and when required
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Looking after all HR Admin as required
  • Providing first line HR advice and support
PROFILETo be considered for this role, you must:
  • Experience of working within an HR department, providing first line HR advice and support is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience dealing with the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in a similar HR role
  • Has a desire to study CIPD Level 3
  • Strong team worker - able to work flexibly and collaboratively in own team and with the organisation.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages.
