Job Description

HR Administrator £23,000West End Are you passionate about developing a career in HR This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door!STUDY SUPPORT IS OFFERED FOR THIS ROLE.My client, an international media company based in the heart of the West End, are looking for a conscientious, collaborative and switched on HR Administrator to join their team. You will have at least 1 years experience working in an office environment withinan administration role and have excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with administration processes
  • Monitor the HR inbox and assist with queries
  • Schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers and maintain the candidate CRM
  • Conduct reference and compliance checks for new starters
  • Coordinate inductions
  • Collate training feedback for managers
  • Process new starters and leavers on the system
  • Administer employee benefits including season ticket loans etc.
  • Assist with data entry for payroll changes
  • Maintain HR and employee records
  • Assist with employee queries
  • Maintain HR documentation such as contracts and employee letters
Skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years experience within an administrative or HR role within an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skillsExcel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRMs
  • Proactive and positive with ability to use initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident in taking responsibility for tasks
