Job Description

Leading retail brand urgently require a temporary HR Administrator to join them ASAP on a rolling temp contract. Working at pace, the team operate autonomously and have the creative license to really deliver solutions that enable their stakeholders acrossthe business.The HR Administrator works within the Operations Team, who are the foundation that allows the business to fully support their people throughout the employee life cycle.This role is responsible for providing high quality support and service to our head office and store teams. They create, maintain, and improve processes, ensuring that all people data is accurate and delivered on time and to agreed standards.Responsibilities include:

  • HR Inbox categorisation and monitoring - responding to or forwarding queries to colleagues.
  • Ensure all HR Systems and records are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Responsible for a retail channel to administer and file new starter, changes, and leaver paperwork to ensure all documents are processed and stored.
  • To monitor and review all right to work documentation and chase anything outstanding.
  • Requesting all employment references and chasing third parties where appropriate
  • KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • Supporting the HR team with general administrative duties and various HR projects.
  • Ownership of administrative system queries - Storeforce & HR System.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
You, ideally, will have previous customer service / HR experience, preferably within the fashion industry. You will be computer literate, have the ability to maintain confidentiality and display discretion at all times.This is a temporary role, starting ASAP on a rolling temp contract.
