Job Description

C&C Search is currently recruiting for this new opportunity.Please read through and apply if it is applicable, if not please do not forget about our fantastic referral scheme!All about the company I would be working for!What they do: Investment ManagementSize of the business: GlobalCompany culture: They are a high-performing, extremely fast paced environment built on an honest and inclusive culture.The Role:Job Title: HR Administrator - 12 month contractSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DoE)Location: London, hybrid (4-5 days in the office)Start date: Within 2 weeksWhat would I be doing day to dayKey duties:

  • Provide day to day generalist HR support to employee
  • Supporting with administration related to the onboarding and offboarding of staff, e.g. managing the pre-employment screening checks, drafting offer letters and contracts for new joiners and leaver letters.
  • Support the HR Managers with Change Management adminstratration
  • Ensure all HR systems are updated and accurate
  • Support the HR Manager and work with line managers to executive best practice for employee lifecycle processes
  • HR Reporting using Excel
  • Supporting with Learning and Development
  • Supporting with Recruitment Associate with the graduate recruitment process
What is the company looking for
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience within a Professional Servcies or Financial Services firm
  • CIPD or a degree in HR or a related discipline highly desirable
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Demonstrable examples of exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident use of excel and HR systems
  • Proven ability to manage a demanding workload
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
