Job Description

Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for HR Our client is a rapidly growing production company and they are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Administrator to join their dynamic team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someonewho wants to learn and develop their skills in HR while contributing to the growth of the organisation.Our client is a leading British production company. They make high profile films for many of the worlds major networks. They have a track record of producing award-winning films in a range of factual genres.Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR processes, including managing employee records, contracts, and making system changes.
  • Run and maintain HR systems efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the difference between freelance and PAYE contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Advisor to assist in various HR functions and projects.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Our client provides on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and making necessary changes to streamline processes.
  • A genuine interest in HR and a desire to learn and develop within the field.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a full-time position based in our clients Holborn office, requiring a five-day-a-week commitment.
