Job Description

HR Administrator, an excellent opportunity to join a wonderful Social Welfare Charity.Offices based in Central London. Offering Hybrid working; 3 days office, 2 days working remote.Looking for a new role in HR or keen to gain experience within in HRAs the HR Administrative Assistant, working with the HR Manager and supporting the Executive Assistant, in delivering a variety of HR and clerical tasks you will provide administrative support to the HR function.

  • Assist with interview panel arrangements, including arranging interview packs with panel members and arrangements for interview candidates.
  • Update and maintain employee HR records and archive accordingly, on HR files and on HR systems.
  • Update and maintain organisational charts and any other online information, maintain and improve the staff benefit packages via a HR system (Cascade e-HR).
  • Update and maintain Staff Intranet Home Page, with content from other departments and update, maintain and improve all HR Platforms.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Staff Handbook, HR processes and policies specifically in relation to HR policy changes.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with other administrative tasks, including diary maintenance, booking travel arrangements and general administrative duties.
  • Provide cover for Receptionist (relating to absences, holidays etc).
This is a great opportunity for a proactive Assistant who has either worked in HR or keen to process a career in a HR setting. Do you have, excellent interpersonal and written skills and able to communicate with a diverse audience. Experience of using aCRM/Database and excellent IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel and electronic filing systems. Working knowledge of MS Teams/Zoom (or similar) video conferencing systems.
