Job Description

Here at Elevate we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Housing Manager position on behalf of one of our valued clients.Candidates should have knowledge and expertise in:

  • Providing a supportive, effective, and inclusive working environment, enabling staff empowerment to deliver high quality and consistent services.
  • Working with customers and key stakeholders to identify and review service needs.
  • Sustain and build on key partnership arrangements with the Local Authority.
  • Experience of working with the complex and chaotic lifestyles cohort to deliver success outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable with insight reports and interrogate systems to understand data and insight, developing corresponding service improvement plans.
  • Frequent reviews and targets resources, ensuring changing demands of the service are being met effectively.
  • Accountable for KPIs focused on delivering effective including Voids, & Lettings, ASB, Income Collection, Health and Safety actions and satisfaction.
Qualifications required:
  • Housing related qualification (e.g., HNC in Housing)
  • A relevant Management qualification (e.g., ILM 5)
  • IOSH qualification or similar
This is an interim Housing Manager opportunity covering a period of sickness.
