Housing Disrepair Lawyer London Borough Council Full-time, locum £35 - £45 umbrella per hour We are recruiting to a Locum Housing Lawyer position to assist in busy Housing Litigation team within an estimable London Local Authority. Our London Borough clientis looking for a Housing Lawyer on a locum-basis, an initial 3 month contract which is likely to be very long-term. The role offers hybrid working, with 1 day in the office per week, or per fortnight for those living outside of London. The hourly rate willbe between £35 - £45 umbrella, dependent on experience. The client is looking for someone with strong disrepair experience, whether that be from the public or private sector. The role will entail holding a full caseload of disrepair matters. This opportunityis perfect for someone looking for a flexible working arrangements, within a nice, stable team with the potential for a long-term assignment.
