We are looking for a highly experienced House Manager to join a busy London family managing the day-to-day running of the household, supporting a husband and wife and their two children.This is a very busy role for an incredibly busy family. Based in London, you will live out but work onsite at the house and their nearby off-site office.Duties will include;Overseeing the day-to-day running of the household and managing all maintenance, upkeep and organisation of the property and overseeing all household project managementYou will be responsible for hiring and managing household staff including a Chef, Nutritionist, Housekeeping, Cleaners, Chauffeurs, Gardeners and Personal Assistant.You will be an empathic leader, good at motivating, training and creating a highperforming and happy household team of experts.You will engage and overseeing contractors, service providers and suppliers and coordinating external visitorsManagemenus and logistics of buying of groceries in coordination with the HousekeeperYou will ensure that all pet care like groomingvet visits is scheduled and carried out.Writing household manuals and policy documents and managing house inventorycontinuously looking for ways to improve.Making sure the household is always kept in a presentable and maintained manner (both internal and external)Experience with Finance/accounting and budgeting with some exposure to investments, angel investing agreements, banking, set-up would be highly beneficialThe family are looking forA candidate with a number of years of house management experience within the private sector and a proven track record of managing a private household and staff with checkable referencesYou will have experience implementing and maintaining organisation systems throughout the household, and be able to multitaskHappy to be hands on and assist wherever necessary and adapt their approach to the needs and wishes of the principalsYou will think on your own feet to meet last-minute changes in circumstances and find a practical solution to any problem without a disturbance to the principals
