Job Description

Hospitality Trainer / Coach London / Herts up to £30,000 p.a. + bonus + benefitsAre you a qualified Coach / Trainer with experience within the hospitality management sector Or are you working in hospitality management and looking for a new challenge that will utilise your professional experienceIf you have a background of high level management within Food and Beverage, Outlets, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and Conference and Events with aspirations to grow your career and share your professional skills then you might want to consider a careerchange and become an apprenticeship trainer.You will receive support achieving your Coach / Trainer qualification and getting up to speed in your new role so that you can deliver an exceptional experience to your learners. This is where your knowledge and experience in hospitality can have a lifechanging impact on others.The RoleAs Hospitality Trainer / Coach you will be responsible for working with apprentices delivering all aspects of the apprenticeship to ensure successful completion whilst providing exceptional support and guidance to both learners and employers. Your responsibilitieswill include:

  • Visiting individuals in their work place using your vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners achieve their apprenticeship
  • Managing your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing both company and personal administration
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to learners and clients whilst maintaining standards and regulatory requirements

Ideally you will also have:
  • NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision
  • NVQ level 4 hospitality management or equivalent
  • experience of operating within WBL/education environment
