We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager for this prestigious site based in EC2, London.Working for a leading contract caterer, this flagship site caters for both staff dining as well as extensive hospitality in events and fine dining with approx. 1500 on site.As the Hospitality Manager, you will have exceptional experience and knowledge of overseeing and running a full on hospitality department. As well as managing a large team, you will be responsible for preparing quotes and event proposals and liaising with clientsfor menu tastings. You will need to have excellent organization skills to ensure every aspect of the events are managed within projected timelines.As the site is a flagship, there are often site show rounds and you will involved in conducting these. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.Our ideal candidate would - Currently be a Hospitality Manager, Client Dining Manager or similar with a proven career background- Have worked within a busy B&I corporate site or 4*/5* hotel or similar- Be a strong manager with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team- Be financially aware - Have excellent communication and organizational skills- Be able to market and promote the business to increase profitability and sales- Be motivated and passionate with an exceptional eye for detail and presentation- Be customer and service focused- Be flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitudeWith great benefits and the opportunity for career progression, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
