We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant who thrives in corporate environments, is passionate about hospitality andis self-driven.Working within VIP Corporate offices, the Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for excellent service and delivery of everything from; working breakfasts, buffet lunches, fine dining, intimate receptions and large scale events as well as working in theclient lounge and staff dining restaurant. You must be able to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.Perks of this role include free meals on shift, paid overtime at time & half, 28 days holiday. There will also be a clear training & development plan and plenty of scope for progression.Role Responsibility* As a Hospitality Assistant , you will be working as part of the team to help support the day-to-day hospitality and events, while ensuring a high service standard is provided to all clients and customers.* Work in all aspects of the catering offer - Hospitality & Events, VIP Client Lounge as well as staff dining restaurant.* To lead and provide the highest levels of client care and services to all internal employees, clients and partners.* Ensuring a consistent high standard of service, leading by example.* Maintain updated knowledge of clients/ meeting rooms and special events.* Identify any client dietary requirements and ensure appropriate levels of support through prioritising tasks / delegatingThe ideal candidate* Have proven track record as Hospitality Assistant within the Contract Catering sector or 5* Hotel World* Barista skills and coffee knowledge.* You will be a team player with excellent standards of personal presentation and a "can do attitude".* Ability to multi-task, managing sometimes conflicting priorities in a calm, rational and efficient* Hands-on approach towards service, making a positive contribution to the client experience* Have excellent organisational, be innovate and creative as well as being engaging* Have a flexible approach whilst being reliable and adaptable* Demonstrate great attention to details
