Job Description

Are you willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service Our client is seeking a Hospital Endoscopic Specialist to represent the company at a key hospital facility in London.The companyWere working on behalf of the market leaders in endoscopy. With a product portfolio including instruments and devices for the entire human and veterinary medicine field. The company uses central image and data archiving systems to streamline and simplify minimallyinvasive surgery for convenient, comprehensive, high-quality products.The roleThis role requires a company ambassador who can ensure the continued excellence of our client’s service within a hospital environment. You’ll work on-site to build credible rapport by delivering quality training and maintaining the smooth running of endoscopyequipment, enabling clinical staff to focus on patient care.Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the endoscopy portfolio
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with a diverse base of clinical personnel
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the endoscopy product range
  • Troubleshooting to facilitate product repairs
  • Following through on customer requests and commitments
  • Representing our client at facility meetings
  • Providing regular performance reports
The requirementsYou’ll have demonstrable experience in a similar role within a healthcare environment, ideally with clinical exposure. Other requirements include:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Nursing qualification is desirable)
  • Exceptional communication, articulation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to present coherently to customers and other decision-makers
  • A charismatic go-getter with a strong customer focus
  • Autonomous and able to think independently
  • Comfortable applying problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office suite)
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
  • Able to travel on-site to the hospital facility
