Job Description

HNW Mortgage Broker - North London Our client, a successful HNW Mortgage brokerage, is looking to expand its established mortgage advice team due to high levels of business. Within this role the successful candidate will provide mortgage and protection advice on Residential, BTL and BridgingMortgages with a primary focus on working with HNW, Foreign National, Ex-Pat and Self-Employed clientele.As an independent Mortgage Broker, you will be provided with several quality client leads each week. These client leads can often be of a HNW nature and gained from the firms new business development activities, a well-established existing client base (renewaland repeat business) and via company marketing.Required Experience:

  • Mortgage broking experience is essential
  • Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Driven/committed to succeeding, while also being a team player.
