Job Description

HIU Service EngineerLocation - London and within M25.Company Profile:Superb opportunity to join an established client of ours, who are one of the UKs market leaders in delivering centralised community energy projects to public / private residential, retail and commercial sectors. With a background in design, install andmaintaining de-centralised energy centres.Job Role:

  • Working on various sites in London and within the M25, youll need to live commutable to London.
  • Youll be responsible for servicing Heat / Hydraulic Interface Units to ensure the HIU is energy efficient and to minimise breakdowns until the next service interval.
  • Reactive maintenance to Hydraulic Interface Units to investigate the cause and effect a first time repair.
  • Assist with other mechanical services and the overall service and maintainence within Energy Centres.
  • Opportunity to gain further training and develop your career.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
  • Served a recognised trade in either Plumbing, Pipefitting or HVAC, therefore ideally with a mechanical bias.
  • Relevant City & Guilds or NVQ certificates or equivalent.
  • Ideally youll have some electrical knowledge as well as mechanical, such as 17th edition or 18th edition (however not essential).
  • Experience in servicing HIUs and reacting to HIU breakdowns.
  • Hold current CSCS card (not essential and will be provided if required).
Salary and Package on offer:
  • £32k-£40k (depending on experience). Based on a 37 standard hour week.
  • Callout system and overtime available to increase earning potential.
  • Company Van.

  • 32 Days Holiday.
