Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored credit derivatives solutions.
  • Work closely with the product and analytics teams to develop innovative products and strategies that meet the complex needs of hedge fund clients.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in credit derivatives.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the credit derivatives market or hedge fund clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, risk management, and compliance, to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert insights and advisory to hedge fund clients, helping them navigate the credit derivatives market effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit sales across IG & HY with a strong focus on credit derivatives.
  • Proven track record of developing client relationships and meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of the hedge fund industry and the specific needs and challenges of hedge fund clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the credit derivatives market, including products, pricing, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
