This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring a stimulating and rewarding work environment.As the Heads PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academys leadership team. Your organisational skills and ability to multitask will shine as you manage cover arrangements, handle ordering and purchasing, and provide essential administrativesupport. You will be the backbone of the academys day-to-day operations, contributing directly to the smooth running of the school.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage cover arrangements, ensuring that staff absences are effectively covered.Handle ordering and purchasing of essential supplies, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head and senior leadership team, assisting with correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.Utilise your expertise in SIMS (School Information Management System) to maintain accurate studentrecords, generate reports, and support data management.Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing exceptional organizational and administrative skills.Proficient in using SIMS, with a strong understanding of managing student records and data.Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, enabling effective interaction with staff, parents, and students.High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.We offer:Competitive pay rate of £15 per hour (negotiable on experience), with the potential for growth and development.Immediate start, allowing you to make an impact and contribute from day one.
