Job Description

I have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Systems & Data to join a high-growth PE backed software business that will be going through a sale process within 6 months. The opportunity is for a candidate with an understanding of finance to take ownership & responsibility of the companies Planning / Consolidation system & Tableau.The Role:

  • You will be tracking ACV (Annual Contract Value) as a key metric
  • Each month when you get new data from accounting this will be reconciled before fed into output & analysis
  • Responsible for IT systems
  • Enable potential buyers to get more access visually to their data through running tableau outputs
  • Extract data from planning/consolidation system Host Analytics (Planful) & link to excel
  • Load in historical financials & reconcile different sources HR & data from different currencies
  • Enable buyers more access visually to the data through Tableau.
    • The Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Planning/Consolidation Systems such as (Host Analytics, Planful, SAPBPC, Oracle Cloud, Adaptive Insight (Workday) or Anaplan - ESSENTIAL
  • Understanding of finance (whether Qualified or not)
  • Knowledge of Tableau/dashboards
  • Strong experience being responsible for IT systems
  • Knowledge of ACV (preferred)
  • Experience working for a Software company (preferred)
