Realistically you want to be an Account Director in the next 5 years, but its a big leap. So whats the next step This.This Head of Service Delivery role is a mix of operations and strategy. Youll still be managing key client sites across London but youll also be second in command to the Director and overseeing a team of Regional FMs and technical specialists. Youll go from a meeting with a tenant to a portfolio lifecycle planning session with the clients Property Director, supplier analysis to large scale IoT rollouts - I could go on but you get the gist.If youre looking for a job that will make use of your current skill set across FM service delivery whilst giving you a real opportunity to continuing moving up the ladder, this is it. This contract is one of our highest profile projects. We admit, its not for the faint-hearted but do a good job here and theres a lot of scope for your growth and recognition internally and across the FM industry. As this is such a high profile position we will need you to have overseen a managing agent contract across a corporate estate before.
