We have two schools, Create Secondary and the new Create Primary.The Role - Head of ServiceWe are looking for an inspirational and dynamic leader as Head of Service to manage the day to day running of the provision, promote the vision of the service to pupils, parents/carers and staff, and drive the direction of the service.Essential requirements to be successful in the role are: Relevant qualification or study and experience to inform the integrated social, clinical and education provision of TCES, e.g. QTS, Social Work or Therapy degree with at least five years post qualification experience. Substantial experience at senior management level, providing strong leadership, managing and motivating large multidisciplinary teams. Experience in developing operational plans for education, inclusion and/or clinical provision. Experience in raising outcomes for pupils with neuro-diverse needs whilst promoting a culture of inclusion.In return we offer: Competitive salary and terms and conditions.
