Head of Sales Role - Global ICT Managed Service Provider - £220k Package! BRAND NEW opportunity for a talented Head of Sales - Storage, Backup, Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber SecurityHave you got experience growing sales teams Have you got a strong understanding of the MSP/ IT -reseller space Have you got the drive and passion to develop and coach employees as well as still want to close dealsMy client is a Global IT managed service provider who is looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Sales to look after and more importantly grow/develop a sales team of around 100 people.Reporting directly to the VP of sales the role provides the leadership to meet and exceed the performance and strategic corporate objectives directly linked with achieving, exceed and driving targets in line with Corporate Strategy, product, services, pricing,and business ethics.Head of Sales Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Experience in building, transforming, and shaping a sales business in a medium or large IT Channel organisation
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in leadership
  • Strong commercial experience gained from working with a wide range of organisations and/or business sectors
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing cost, and attracting, retaining, and developing the talent
  • A demonstrable track record of leading and developing teams and individuals within their responsibility with a passion for helping others develop
  • Experience in building internal departmental brand and engaging with multiple internal business units
