Job Description

Head of SalesSoutheast England £60-70,000 plus Commission and Company Car/Car Allowance - OTE £100,000T2M Resourcing are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Sales on behalf of a growing engineering service, industrial cleaning, and test & inspection business. As Head of Sales, you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and leading the salesdivision to achieve growth gaols for the business.The Head of Sales will lead sales teams to provide technical insight as well as operational teams to audit work completed and provide training. Requirements will include an understanding and experience of BS999 fire damper regulations and testing, duct andventilation cleaning, and TR/19 sector.Duties and responsibilities of a Head of Sales:

  • Lead sales and account management teams to achieve targets.
  • Determine and set KPIs based for sales staff.
  • Achieve growth goals to meet group company goals.
  • Ensure staff are up to date on training and knowledge of industry changes.
  • Ownership of sales process, account management and invoicing.
  • Prepare budgets and review P&L in line with sales and renewals targets.
  • Champion cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Key requirements to be successful as a Head of Sales:
  • Sales management and leadership experience.
  • Driven and competitive mindset.
  • Previous roles in new sales and business development.
  • Commercially astute and able to maximise contract profitability.
  • Knowledge of account management techniques and strategies to maximise existing accounts.
  • Understanding of fire damper testing and maintenance, duct and extraction cleaning, and TR/19 grease sector.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to build relationships with internal teams and external clients/stakeholders.
As Head of Sales you will be based from home and work in a hybrid model between home, offices, and customer locations. There will be travel with this role and therefore a UK driving license is essential.
