Job Description

Head of Real Estate Technology DeliveryHybrid working (London)£140,000 + Bonus + 18% pension + full benefitsAre you a credible technology leader working within the Real Estate technology space and leading large technology programmes across this vertical If this is you please read on! My client is a global top FTSE100 business that is embarking on one of the largestdigital transformation programmes ever. We need a Real Estate Technology Leader that will manage and be responsible for the strategy, technical architecture and delivery of technology solutions to the Real Estate business domain.Skills/experience:

  • A senior Technology leader with excellent knowledge of the Real Estate domain
  • Experience of managing and building large technology platforms
  • Strong engineering and architectural background
  • Experience of 3rd party products such as Yardi, Alladin etc
  • Experience of leading software engineering teams through the entire SDLC
  • Any exposure to one or a number of the following is a bonus; cloud technologies, data platforms, DevOps, agile software delivery
  • Experience of leading large scale transformational programmes
  • No Previous FS experience required!
You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for the Real Estate technology platform and programmes with an associated change budget of up to £5 million
  • Line managing a team of 15 people
  • Define and ensure adherence to policies
  • Drive continuous improvements within the Real Estate team
  • Research into new technologies
