Job Description

Our client are an internationally renowned, highly regarded consulting firm looking for a skilled Sales Lead to develop business and sell learning platforms across key existing accounts.You will be working with key clients across the Public Sector space so must come with experience of working with & having sold to clients in this space, as well as with experience in people management.Client DetailsOur client are a leading global consulting firm specialising in accounting, consulting and advisory services across a variety of sectors and industries.This role sits within their division which covers service offerings to Government, Infrastructure, Healthcare and Public Sector clients predominantly.DescriptionOur client are looking for a senior sales professional who will when in the role be responsible for the following:

  • Working with clients across Public Sector, Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare sectors
  • Overall responsibility for driving strategic learning pursuits/account development & growth plans and bids to achieve revenue targets in line with the wider business plan
  • You will provide strong client engagement and account management across key accounts whilst managing and motivating the Sales team (5+ people) to drive client engagement, proactively meet client needs, build and enhance client stakeholder relationshipsand achieve annual growth sales targets
  • Foster personal relationships with senior stakeholders across Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare to lead the development of large-scale learning opportunities
  • Cultivate a high performing and trusted sales team, recognised by our clients for adding real value in responding to their capability needs and challenges
ProfileOur client are in need of an exceptional, senior professional who possesses the following by way of career experience but also key attributes:
  • Sales experience where you have developed business and sold learning platforms in a consultative fashion
  • Experience from within the Public sector is essential - Healthcare, Government, Transport and Infrastructure
  • Team management experience is vital, as is someone who can also develop a team
  • Account planning and strategy is a must - this is not a cold calling business development role by any means, nor is it a relationship management role. Account growth it to be achieved but can only be achieved if the right processes are put in place andthe team is led in a certain way
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to engage, challenge, communicate and inspire confidence in leadership and a track record of successful leadership of a large team (5-10+) in a sales environment are essential
  • Ideally you will have strong Learning, People and Change Management experience; including but not restricted to Learning as an enabler for organisation change, policy implantation, capability and talent programmes, performance management and professionaldevelopment
  • Extensive experience of strategic sales with Government, Healthcare, and Infrastructure organisations
  • Prior experience of Learning and Development preferable
Job OfferOur client are looking to pay anywhere north of c.£65k - c.£78k base salary dependant on experience with OTE to be discussed at interview.I look forward to hearing from you.
