Job Description

Head of Production Finance Portfolio£50k - £60k salary International Travel!Job DescriptionDirect Reports and Management:

  • Oversight of the Production teams overall performance and monitoring:
o Productivity and outputo Quality of content, speakers, and overall evento Maximisation of Gross Profit on all projects
  • Oversight of all new topics and projects by ensuring Production, Sales and Marketing work together to develop a validated business plan:
o Analysing topic, and the buy-and-sell-side relationshipo Assessing sponsor-ability and overall commercial viabilityo Evaluating resource allocation (for the proposed project and overall resourcing) and delivery expectations
  • Communicate on behalf of Production within Senior Management discussions
  • Ensure that Sales and profits are balanced with the quality of content and delivery, and communicate the importance of quality to ensure sustainability of the business, whilst at the same time communicating the importance of short-term sales and profit
Benefits
  • 20 days A/L per year (after 3 years of service, this increases by 1 day each year until you reach a maximum of 25 days)
  • December: 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 , 29, 30, 31, and Jan 1st - the office is closed resulting in 4-6 additional days of annual leave (which must be taken during this period)
