Head of Product - FinTech (FX), London Client: A successful FinTech specialising in FX Trading across the APAC region expanding their operations in EMEA with a team build in London. Responsibilities: A newly created role in the business responsible forowning and advancing the core product offering to customers. This will include initially centralising the product estate and partnering with the wider technology functions to define a technology vision and strategy. This includes the trading platform, partnershipportal, CRM, client portal, Web & App Personal Area, Copy Trading and Mobile application. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will define the company strategy and execute according to a well-defined strategic roadmap. There will be budgetallocated to grow the team based on requirements across web, mobile and android apps. This will require working closely with the design, engineering, data science, product marketing and customers to deliver high calibre products. This will include advancingexisting applications but further creating the capabilities for new products and offerings with a focus on scalability as the business continues to experience growth. The calibre and track record of the individual must be stand-out. In addition, due to thebusinesses position, they must also be a sleeves rolled up "start-up" type profile who will work closely with the small team to commence the growth journey. Ideally having previous experience within FX or Crypto trading. Required skillset: Senior technologyleadership experience, ideally within a high-growth business Proven experience working within the FinTech industry, ideally FX Successful track record of delivery for software and products Technology driven approach, ideally with a coding background (past/present)to work closely with the CTO and software engineers on product development Ability to work in a start up environment, define strategic roadmaps/vision and drive forward the product estate of a business Identifying new opportunities to advance each productwith an innovative mindset
