Job Description

Head of Product - Proptech Company - Bournemouth (with extremely flexible working) - Up to £80k - Benefits include company share scheme and 25 days holiday + bank holidaysThe Role:I have partnered with a PropTech / FinTech business who are on a mission to make renters lives easier! They are a start-up who are operating extremely effectively at the moment, and as such, theyre looking for a new Head of Product to join their expanding team. This is an incredibly exciting time to join a business that us genuinely making waves within their industry - They are a fast -growth business who have recently joined the Tech Nation Fintech programme!As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading the team and looking after their 2 key product offerings (B2B and B2C). You will report directly in to the CEO while working very closely with the CTO and other Product Manager within the division. The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for managing roadmaps, prioritising what the seven-person development team are working on, writing functional specifications, and communicating features to the design and development teams.This position sits within this companies Senior Management Team and as such you will also take responsibility for hiring and building out this promising function!The Person:Non-Negotiables:

  • 5+ years experience working as a Product Manager.
  • Previously worked on both B2B and B2C product offerings
  • Experience working across the full product development life cycle - from conception through to deployment.
  • Agile / Scrum
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Strong relationship and communications skills
    • Nice to haves:
  • Experience working in an AI / Data driven environment.
  • Background or knowledge of broadband, insurance or energy
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
